Corporate Christmas Hampers

Corporate Christmas hampers are no longer one-size-fits-all. Your company sets the budget per person and the dates; each recipient chooses from over 1,000 products, with delivery across Europe.

A Hamper for Each Person, Not One for the Whole Company

Corporate Christmas gifts have always been a single decision: one hamper, one supplier, and a closed order by October. With Pekata, the company decides what it knows best —the budget per person, the dates, and who is included in the campaign— and the recipient decides the contents of their hamper, on a private portal with your branding.

Gourmet, wines, Christmas sweets, technology, home goods, experiences, or a charitable donation. Those who want ham choose ham; those who don't drink alcohol don't receive wine. The company sets the budget and doesn't need to touch the order again.

What a Pekata Hamper Can Include

  • True gourmet: artisanal nougat, ham, cheeses, premium preserves, wines, and cavas from renowned wineries.
  • Options for everyone: alcohol-free, gluten-free, vegan choices, and family-friendly options.
  • Beyond the pantry: technology, home goods, experiences, and gift cards.
  • Charitable donation: those who prefer can allocate their budget to a cause.
  • And the box: custom-designed Christmas boxes, brandable with your logo, that no one throws away.

Who Your Company is Gifting This Christmas

  • To the staff: it's the most visible gift, compared in the canteen and remembered in January. Typical budget, €30–80 per person.
  • To clients: fewer units, more intention. Your brand on the box and a dedication; the recipient chooses the contents. Typical budget, €50–150 per account.
  • To teams that don't fit either category: works councils buying their own hampers, staff spread across Spain, international teams, or remote workers. Same budget, delivery to each person's location, and a portal in seven languages.

How to Organise a Corporate Christmas Gift Campaign

  • Define the budget per person, dates, and recipients: employees, clients, or both. We set up the portal with your branding.
  • Each recipient receives a link or code and selects their hamper from over 1,000 products and experiences.
  • We assemble each hamper in its box and deliver it in time for Christmas, to the office or home by home, with real-time tracking.

How Much a Company Spends on Christmas Gifts

  • €25–40: a compact gourmet hamper —Christmas sweets, a bottle, preserves— or a single quality product. Suitable for large teams and as a gesture to collaborators.
  • €40–70: the complete classic hamper or a selection of three to five products: wine, sliced ham, oil, natural cosmetics. This is the range for most employee campaigns.
  • €70–120: premium hampers, gastronomic experiences, home technology, boxes with shoulder ham. For key clients and middle management.
  • Over €120: whole ham or Iberian shoulder, experiences for two, designer products. For executives and strategic clients.
  • Indicative prices per person, excluding VAT. You decide the amount, and the same portal serves all ranges.

When to Order Corporate Christmas Gifts

The schedule is more important than the catalogue. Traditional suppliers close large orders between September and October because they produce and deliver in bulk. With individual selection, deliveries are staggered, and the deadline is later, but the best customisation timelines are achieved by launching in October.

If you're running late, all is not lost: a campaign launched in mid-November can still reach Christmas without a hitch, and there's an express format that can be set up in days. Customising the box with your brand requires more time: the sooner you talk to us, the more options you'll have.

What Spanish Tax Authorities Say About Corporate Christmas Gifts

In Spain, gifts to employees are considered benefits in kind: they are valued, subject to withholding tax, and contribute to Social Security. For the company, they are a deductible personnel expense. With budgets of €40–70, the impact on the payslip is minimal.

Gifts to clients are different: they are deductible expenses up to 1% of turnover, but their VAT is not deductible. These are two separate regimes, and it's advisable to separate both expenses from the order; we invoice them separately by default. If your company is subject to the LGD, gifts invoiced through a Special Employment Centre count.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Hampers

How is it different from a traditional Christmas hamper?

There isn't a single hamper: each employee creates their own within the budget you set. The format is the classic end-of-year gift —a physical, carefully crafted box personalised with your branding— but the contents are chosen by each person.

When do I need to place the order to make it by Christmas?

Ideally, launch your campaign between October and November so your team can choose calmly and deliveries arrive with time to spare. Write to us and we'll propose a timeline tailored to your company's size.

Do you deliver to homes and to the office?

Both. Each employee picks their delivery address — home or office — and we coordinate the logistics so everything arrives on time, even with teams spread across several sites.

How is it invoiced?

You receive a single, clear invoice per campaign, with everything included. Plus a bonus: you can be invoiced through our partner, a Centro Especial de Empleo, and help your company comply with the LGD (formerly LISMI).

How much does a corporate Christmas gift cost?

You decide the budget per person: campaigns start from €25, and the most common ones for employees range between €40 and €70. The price includes the personalised box, the selection portal, and delivery; experiences and some home deliveries may have their own conditions.

Can you run a single campaign for employees and clients?

Yes, with different budgets for each group and the same branded box. For tax purposes, it's advisable to separate both expenses in the invoicing, and we do this by default.

Are Christmas gifts taxable for the employee?

Yes: they are considered benefits in kind. The company makes a withholding payment, and the amount contributes to Social Security. Many companies cover this withholding so that the employee doesn't notice any difference in their payslip.
