We work with four categories: padded bodywarmer (lightweight polyester or nylon outer with 150-180 g/m² wadding), sleeveless softshell (3-layer fabric of 300-320 g/m², windproof and water-repellent), sleeveless fleece (250-300 g/m², anti-pilling) and knit vests for customer service profiles. What Can Be Customised
- The logo: embroidered on the left chest at 7-9 cm wide, the default option for padded and fleece. For softshell and technical fabrics, we use transfer or textile vinyl, which doesn't perforate the membrane.
- The positions: left chest (7-9 cm) for daily use, upper back (25-30 cm) for trade show and event staff, and small embroidery on the pocket or hem when the logo needs to be discreet. As there are no sleeves, that position is unavailable.
- The colour and size: each person selects theirs on the Pekata portal, available in seven languages (Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese). HR doesn't collect sizes via email or distribute bags at reception.
- The interior finish: woven label with your brand in the neck instead of the manufacturer's, from a few dozen units of the same model.
- The package: the vest can arrive alone or inside a Pekata box with a band, label, and card, as is often assembled in an employee welcome pack.

How It's Done
- Design and Preview: send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF or AI); if you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it. We'll return the vest assembled on screen, with the marking at size and in the chosen colour, for your approval before production.
- Production and Marking: we embroider or apply the transfer on the approved model. A standard logo embroidery is about 6,000-10,000 stitches; for softshell and technical fabrics, we prefer transfer to avoid perforating the membrane. Allow about two to three weeks from approval, slightly longer between November and December.
- Delivery: to the office in a single shipment, to the event venue, or to each person's home in Europe, with the size each one chose. You receive a single invoice, with the breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.

The most common uses we see: field and sales teams who are in and out of the car all day, stand staff at trade shows, end-of-year gifts for staff, and welcome kits. At fairs and conferences, the vest identifies the team without requiring anyone to change clothes, and it can be worn over whatever each person is already wearing; you can see it alongside other event merchandising items.
Layer it with items underneath: a polo shirt or customised company t-shirts in brand colours, with the vest on top featuring embroidery. If the vest is the main gift, it can be packaged with gourmet products or a thermal bottle, making the delivery more substantial rather than just a standalone item.
