Custom Caps for Businesses with Your Embroidered Logo

Custom caps for businesses are among the few garments people wear outside of work. That's why the branding matters more than on any other textile: a small, well-placed embroidery is worn; a large logo on the front stays in the drawer. We produce from 25 units, and each person chooses their colour and size on the Pekata portal.

Cotton twill caps with embroidered corporate logo on the front panel

A Cap is Not a Uniform, It's Streetwear

A corporate cap competes with the cap your team already has on the rack. If it wins, the brand goes out every weekend; if it loses, it stays in the wardrobe. What decides that comparison is specific: the fabric weight (a 260-280 g/m² cotton twill holds its shape, a thin polyester wrinkles), the buckram of the front panel, the interior sweatband, and the size of the embroidery. We work with a short catalogue of models that pass this test, not with a list of thousands of references that no one has ever touched.

The logo criteria are the same as we apply to the rest of the custom corporate textiles: small branding, sober colours, one dominant position. On a cap, this means a front embroidery between 6 and 10 cm wide, or a woven patch if the brand has gradients or a lot of detail. Before producing anything, you'll see a preview of the exact model with your logo applied, in the colour you've chosen, and you decide based on that image.

What Can Be Personalised

  • The logo on the front panel: flat embroidery, 3D raised embroidery, or sewn woven patch. The usual usable area is 10 × 5 cm on 5 and 6 panel caps.
  • Secondary markings at no extra design cost: side, back panel near the closure, or under the visor, where only the wearer sees it.
  • The model and embroidery thread colour, with approximate Pantone reference. Each person chooses their colour on the portal, in seven languages, without HR collecting anything.
  • The closure and shape: metal buckle, snapback, velcro, or elastic closure, and curved or flat visor depending on use.
  • The packaging: the cap can go alone or inside the Pekata box with a band, label, and card with your brand, combined with a custom t-shirt for businesses or gourmet product.

How It's Done

  • Design and Preview. You send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI); if you only have a PNG, we vectorise it. We choose the model, cap colour, and thread colour, and return the preview of the already customised product. Nothing goes into production until you approve that image.
  • Production and Marking. The logo is digitised for embroidery (the stitch matrix) or the patch is prepared, and each unit is marked individually. From 25 units: you can produce 20 caps or 2,000. The usual timeline is two to three weeks from approval, extending to four for large orders or with sewn patches.
  • Delivery. To the office in a single shipment, to the event venue, or to each person's home across Europe. Each person enters their address and size on the portal. You receive a single invoice, with a breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.

When a Cap Works and How to Pair It

Caps shine in three clear scenarios. For teams working outdoors, they complement customised workwear and are replaced each season. In event merchandising, fairs and conferences, trucker or snapback models work better than classic caps because people wear them. And in summer, as a campaign detail with the rest of the team, especially when paired with textiles.

On its own, a cap says little. It excels as part of a set: cap plus T-shirt plus bottle in an employee welcome pack, or cap and sweatshirt for a sales team kit. You can assemble the pack in the Pekata box, with a band and card printed with your brand, and let each person choose size and colour from their link. As a budget reference, a cap adds between €9 and €15 to the pack, a T-shirt between €9 and €18, and a 500 ml thermal bottle between €12 and €25, all excluding VAT and before volume discounts.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a customised cap with my company logo cost?

The usual range is €9 to €15 per unit with embroidery included and excluding VAT. A 5-panel cotton twill cap with flat embroidery is at the lower end, around €9-12; a snapback with 3D embroidery or a trucker with a woven patch is closer to €15. The price decreases with volume, as the logo digitisation is a one-time cost.

What is the minimum order for customised caps?

The minimum order is 25 units: we produce from 25 units, so you can order 20 caps for a team or 2,000 for a campaign. What changes with quantity is the price per unit, not the feasibility. In very small orders, the fixed cost of digitising the embroidery weighs more on each cap.

How long does an order of caps with a logo take?

Typically, it takes two to three weeks from when you approve the preview, including logo digitisation, production, and transport. Large orders or models with sewn patches take up to four weeks. If delivery is to each person's home, add the time it takes for each person to fill in their address on the portal.

What is the best marking technique for a cap?

Flat embroidery is the standard: it withstands washing, doesn't crack, and provides a sober finish with up to 4 thread colours. 3D raised embroidery works for logos with thick typography and on snapbacks. If your brand has gradients, many fine details, or very small text, a woven or silicone patch reproduces the original better than thread.

Can each cap be ordered in a different colour and sent to each employee?

Yes. Each person accesses their portal link, available in seven languages, chooses colour and size or fit, and enters their address. We produce according to this breakdown and deliver to the office, event venue, or each home across Europe. HR doesn't need to collect sizes or addresses and receives a single invoice.
